Can the AI set my prices?
No. Prices, margins, labour rates and quote amounts stay yours. Back-costing gives you notes, and you decide what changes.
Does it replace Fergus, Tradify or Xero?
No. Your job software and accounts stay. We work across your inbox, files and those tools, and confirm what connects before quoting.
Does it decide what counts as a variation?
No. You decide whether something is a variation and what it costs, and your client signs. The AI drafts the document and tracks the sign-off.
Will it sign records of work or producer statements?
No. Licensed people sign their own records and statements. The AI lists what is still missing and drafts the chasers.
How does it write like me?
We learn your style from real quotes and emails you have already sent: how you open, the words you use and how you sign off.
What happens to our clients' information?
