1. About these terms

Nexron Solutions Limited operates nexronsolutions.com. These terms cover your use of this public website and its free information tools. Feature-specific terms may also apply to a Vision preview or private demo.

Paid work requires a separate written service order and agreement. These website terms do not change an existing signed agreement, remove an existing right or replace the separate Nexron Vision commercial documents.

3. Our services

We provide business automation, software development and related services within agreed scopes. Our public website describes:

• Nexron Connect: A custom business knowledge and automation foundation built around how each business works
• Nexron Vision: AI product visualisation and related lead or business tools
• Nexron Funnels: Custom lead qualification and enquiry flows
• Nexron Synesis (V1 coming soon): A planned managed business AI operating layer designed to connect company knowledge, approved AI capabilities, automations and human decisions in one place
• Nexron Apps & Bespoke: Custom applications, integrations, portals, dashboards and internal tools
• Nexron Dashboard: Access to data and controls supplied with configured Nexron services

The signed agreement sets the delivery, hosting, features, support and price for paid work.

4. Who can use the website

Our public AI tools are for adults aged 18 or over. If you act for a business, you must have authority to take that action for the business.

We sell paid services to businesses. New Zealand is our primary market, and we assess overseas engagements case by case before accepting them. Website content or an automated response does not confirm service availability in another country.

5. Synesis is in development

The Synesis release list lets you request pilot, availability and launch updates while we develop the product.

Joining the Synesis release list does not create a customer account, purchase, reservation, guaranteed pilot place, launch date or obligation for Nexron to release a roadmap item. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Roadmap descriptions explain our current plans. We may change their scope, order or timing. We will agree separate terms before accepting company data or connecting business systems for Synesis.

6. Website AI and previews

Nex provides general information about Nexron. It does not provide legal, financial or other professional advice, and its responses do not bind Nexron to a service, price or delivery date.

Vision produces AI-generated previews. Colours, dimensions, fit, materials and other details can differ from an actual product or installation. Confirm those details with the supplier before deciding or purchasing. Do not present a generated preview as a photograph of completed work.

Check all AI outputs before using them. The applicable agreement and law continue to govern Nexron's obligations.

7. Information and content you submit

Submit only content you have permission to use and information needed for the action you request. Do not put passwords, credit card details or confidential client records into a public AI tool. Use the agreed secure channel for project information.

You keep your rights in your content. You allow Nexron and the relevant service providers to process it to deliver the requested feature, subject to our Privacy Statement and any feature-specific terms.

This permission does not allow us to publish your name, screenshots or work as a case study. We ask for written permission first.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Break the law or infringe another person's rights
• Upload harmful, unlawful or misleading content
• Send spam, impersonate someone or submit fraudulent information
• Gain unauthorised access, bypass access controls or disrupt the website
• Use another person's account or private demo link without permission
• Resell a website tool or output where the offered purpose or feature-specific licence does not allow it

9. Availability and usage limits

We may apply reasonable usage limits or restrict a free feature to address abuse, security, maintenance or a provider outage. We may also change or withdraw a free website feature. We do not promise continuous access to a free preview.

Any suspension, price change or service change for paid work follows the signed agreement. These website terms do not give us a general right to end paid work for any reason.

10. Intellectual property

Nexron owns or licenses its website materials and reusable technology. Third parties keep their rights in their models, software, images and other materials. A reference to a provider does not mean Nexron owns its technology.

You may use the website and its outputs for the purpose offered, subject to these terms and any feature-specific licence. AI outputs may not be unique or capable of exclusive ownership.

A signed agreement states who owns paid deliverables and the rights for any Nexron or third-party components. These website terms do not transfer ownership of paid work.

11. Enquiries, paid work and refunds

Sending an enquiry or choosing an area of interest starts a discussion. It does not create a paid engagement. We set out the scope, price, tax treatment, payment dates, activation and cancellation terms before you commit.

The following refund summary applies only to a future initial deposit or setup payment governed by this general policy. It does not replace a signed agreement or the separate Nexron Vision commercial schedule.

• If you cancel within 24 consecutive hours after making the initial deposit or setup payment, we refund that payment in full, even if work has started
• You can cancel by emailing nexronsolutions@gmail.com. We use the payment record and the time you sent the cancellation email, not the time a staff member reads it, to measure the 24-hour period
• After the 24-hour period, we may deduct reasonable, documented net cancellation costs from that initial payment. We account for avoided or recovered costs and replacement work, do not count the same cost twice, and cap the deduction at the initial payment. We refund any balance
• This summary does not limit a refund or other remedy required by law, caused by Nexron's breach, or stated in the applicable agreement
• A monthly subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. We do not provide an ordinary pro-rata refund for an unused part of that term. A later monthly or other payment does not restart the 24-hour initial-payment period

A payment processor may handle a payment under its own terms. That does not replace Nexron's responsibilities under the applicable agreement or law.

12. Rights, concerns and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes a right, guarantee or remedy that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Contact nexronsolutions@gmail.com with a problem so we can try to resolve it. New Zealand law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory law that applies to you. You may use a court, regulator or other forum where applicable law permits or requires it.

We will date revised website terms. Changes apply to future website use after appropriate notice. A website update does not amend a signed agreement or remove a right that arose before the update.
