01Who we help
Waikato firms that make, grow and fix things.
We work with every kind of business. These are some Waikato examples where the paperwork piles up.

Purchase orders, quotes from drawings, stock checks and supplier chasing.
Agritech and rural suppliers
Product questions, dealer orders, warranty claims and spec sheets.
Dairy and farm services
Job records, contractor invoices and compliance forms through the season.
Freight and logistics
Bookings, delivery notes, proof-of-delivery photos and customer updates.
Education and training providers
Enrolment questions, student records and course paperwork.
Professional and health practices
Client intake, recalls, letters and the monthly reports.
02Field day season
One big field day. A month of follow-up.
Every June the field days at Mystery Creek draw more than 100,000 visitors. A good few days on a stand can bring in more leads than a small team can chase.

04Across the Waikato
Hamilton, and the towns around it.
Kirikiriroa sits at the centre of a region of farm towns and growing suburbs. We visit businesses across it.
Hamilton
The region's main city, with manufacturing, health, education, agritech and logistics. The Ruakura inland port links it by rail to Tauranga and Auckland.
Cambridge and Te Awamutu
Waipā towns with dairy, trades, retail and a growing mix of small firms.
Matamata, Morrinsville and Te Aroha
Dairy, horticulture and food processing towns, full of rural suppliers and family businesses.
Ngāruawāhia, Huntly and Raglan
Waikato District towns with farming, quarrying, trades and visitor businesses.
05How it works
Four steps, on site in the Waikato.
Planned around your production, deliveries and busy weeks.
Look around
A free consultation where we see your orders, quotes and inbox as they really are.
Fixed quote
One fixed price in writing, with travel costs added because Hamilton is outside the Manawatū.
Set up and train
We build the tools, then train each person on the jobs they do every day.
Next step
A check-in to adjust anything clumsy and decide what comes next.
06Questions
Questions from Waikato businesses.
Can you work with us in Hamilton, or only online?
Both. We are based in Palmerston North and prefer to come to you. Outside the Manawatū, travel costs are added to your written quote. Online set-up and training is also available, with no travel cost.
Can it chase the leads we collect at field days and trade shows?
Yes. Photos of business cards and notes can be turned into a lead list, with a follow-up drafted for each. Your team checks them before they go.
We get orders by email and PDF. Can it enter them for us?
Usually, yes. It reads the order, fills in your system and flags anything that does not match. A person confirms the order before it is processed.
Can it answer technical questions about our products?
It can draft answers from your spec sheets, manuals and past replies. If the answer is not in your documents, it says so and passes the question to your team.
Do we need a dashboard to see what it is doing?
No. Most of the work shows up in the email and tools you already use. If you want a dashboard, we can quote it as a separate, optional build.
When do we find out the price?
After the free consultation. You get a written scope with one fixed price, and nothing starts until you approve it.
Give your Waikato team its hours back.
Tell us where orders, quotes or emails slow you down. We will visit, look at how you work and suggest where to start.
